A WORD OF THANKS
Charles Blum, DC, CSP

This August’s SOTO-USA Symposium was more successful than we ever anticipated. Aside from the opportunity of hearing Dr. George Goodheart share a lifetime of insight and experience, we accomplished something never before done in Chiropractic: we combined Chiropractors with Naturopaths with Dentists...and juxtaposed them together with research methodologists. The creative excitement generated was truly amazing! And with the feedback received, we are certain that the NEXT SOTO-USA Clinical Symposium (featuring Dr. David Denton) will be another "can't miss" opportunity.

So to all the presenters as well as the attendees, I’d just like to say “Thanks.” In addition, after completing our first full year of publishing the Dural Connection and the successful completion of SOTO-USA's First Clinical Symposium, I’d also like to thank all those who helped us "Touch the Future." Thanks to Dr. Robert Klingensmith for his organizational skills, follow through and tireless efforts. Thanks also to Dr. Robert Monk who alone, edited the Dural Connection as well as formulated our level one and two introductory Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT) seminars and texts. A special thanks to Dr. James Fisher-Hoban who helped with the organization of the symposium and is editor of SOTO-USA's first book, The SOT Compendium, A Collection of Sacro Occipital Technique's Peer Reviewed Literature.

With regard to this August's SOTO-USA Clinical Symposium so many people gave of themselves so everything could run smoothly. From help with registration, book sales, video taping, instructor assignments, liaison with exhibitors, and all those other little tasks that made the event a success we give great thanks to Dr. Gary Mitchell, Dr. Jeff Mersky, Judy Mersky, Dr. Christine Benner, Dr. David Remeta, Dr. Conceicao Minetti, Greg Gordon, Donne Harsell, Margaret Jones, Maxine Collins, Gloria White, Dr. Richard Gerardo, Joanne Goodheart, and countless others.

Again....thanks.
