The San Diego Mission Bay Resort was the site of SOTO-USA’s first annual HOT (Hands On Training) Conference on March 2-4, 2001. Featuring events for beginning as well as advanced practitioners, it offered a unique opportunity for practitioners to learn new skills and relearn old ones in a supportive,
sharing atmosphere.
The “eSOTeric” section for advanced practitioners featured such diverse speakers as Dr. G. Dallas Hancock (“CranioSomatics: Global Neuromusculoskeletal Compensation Patterns”), Dr. Esther M. Remeta (“Diagnosis and Treatment of the Neurologically Unique Individual”), Drs Carmine and Vincent Esposito ( “Range of Function Adjusting”), and Dr. Glenn Frieder (“Relating SOT, AK and Energetic Medicines into Clinical Practice”).
Our featured speaker, Dr. Cleo Bludworth, offered a fascinating discussion about the manifestation of universal energy in the human body and its potential as a healing tool in clinical practice. A description of “Dr. B”’s lecture follows. Meanwhile, students received “Hands On” training in SOT and Cranial
adjusting. The seminar closed with several hours of “Clinical Pearls” featuring invaluable treatments for headaches including specific methods of cranial and spinal adjusting, nutritional supplementation and energetic medicines.
