Presented are two case histories of patients that defied the usual and customary findings associated with Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT) Category Three patient presentations. In the two-presented cases, both patients strongly suggested that their condition was trauma induced low back pain. Evaluated and treated with SOT methodology indications for comprehensive MRI studies found severe pathological conditions. Described are some SOT procedures and rationale for treatment and immediate referral.
