This case involves a three-week-old Caucasian male with congenital muscular torticollis and facial asymmetry. The infant experienced complete resolution of the congenital muscular torticollis and facial symmetry was restored while under chiropractic care. The various causative factors and classifications of muscular torticollis are also discussed. Treatment consisted of a single-tip percussion instrument to adjust C1 and C2 vertebrae and the sacrum. Also used was Sacro Occipital Technique cranial procedures.
