Welcome to Sacro Occipital Technique Organization - USA. SOTO-USA is a nonprofit organization formed to promote the awareness, understanding and utilization of the Sacro Occipital Technique method of chiropractic as founded and developed by Dr. Major Bertrand DeJarnette. Over 70 years in development by Dr. DeJarnette with collaborative efforts and research assistance from many famous names in the health care profession, SOT offers an indicator based, comprehensive approach to patient assessment and treatment.

SOTO - USA is a chiropractic based organization.  However, we embrace the multidisciplinary arena for the purpose of sharing information to improve the quality of patient care. Membership is open to all disciplines. The Annual Clinical Symposium is an open forum, produced by SOTO-USA each fall for the interdisciplinary exchange of information. At this meeting, like-minded professionals have the opportunity to associate, share and network together.

In today's climate of health care reform, managed care cutbacks, and utilization reviews, there is an ever increasing awareness of what we do and how our services can aid other professionals in the care of their patients. Likewise, through the open exchange of ideas and knowledge with other allopathic and alternative practitioners, we offer our patients the benefits of our association in the multidisciplinary health care community.

In a continuing effort to offer the latest information in addition to the Clinical Symposium, SOTO-USA offers special opportunities for hands-on teaching of Sacro Occipital Technique to licensed chiropractors and chiropractic students. Special member discount benefits are also available for quality professional journals and a variety of texts and book publications.
